Who is responsible

This website is operated by René, an independent coach and facilitator based in the Netherlands ("I", "me"). I am the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach me at [email protected] or through the application form on the homepage.

What I collect, and why

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the application form: your name, email address, phone number, country, a few sentences about your business and your question, any previous experience you choose to share, and your two confirmations. I use it for exactly one purpose: assessing your application and contacting you about it. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering an agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Health-related information

Please do not put medical details in the application form. Health questions are only discussed during the intake, after we have both agreed to proceed, and are handled with your explicit consent.

Who processes it

• Formspree, Inc. delivers the form submissions to my inbox. Formspree processes your data on my behalf under their data processing terms, including EU standard contractual clauses.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means your browser requests files from Google and discloses your IP address to Google in doing so.

Nobody else sees your data. I do not sell it, share it, or use it for marketing lists.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. That is why there is no cookie banner.

How long I keep it

Applications that do not lead to a program are deleted within 6 months. If we work together, I keep your records for as long as needed for the program and any legal retention duties, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me at any time to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or to restrict or object to its processing. Email [email protected] to ask; I respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
